Location Tracking App for Foreigners in Moscow

Russia is proposing a rule that all foreigners in Moscow install a
tracking app on their phones.
> Using a mobile application that all foreigners will have to install on

В Москве GPS spoofed настолько, что в пределах Садового кольца все иностранцы будут помещены во Внуково (я хз, чем Внуково провинилось, но телефон телепортируется туда), а вне Садового будут случайно разбросаны по городу. Поколение образованцев дорвалось до власти в отдельно взятой стране...

Защита от "бытовых" дронов (а в то время когда её разворачивали других над москвой и не летало).
У бытовых дронов вбиты в прошивку координаты аэропортов - там они летать не могут.
